I got two piercings in my upper ear cartilage about two years ago and they have never healed right. They aren't too painful, but everyday it seems like I have to clean them, because there is usually some yellow crusty stuff and sometimes even a little dried blood. It's hard for me to sleep on them and when I do, they hurt even more.

How can I get them to heal? Any tips or tricks? Thanks!

I know its good to eat slower and chew your food more, so that you'll realize when you are full, and not overeat. However, I find it hard to eat slow if I'm hungry or if it taste good. How could I make myself eat slower?

I've been going to counsiling because of of my abusive past but I can't cry about it. I've cried by myself. And not only that, but I had to say goodbye to alot of my friends today and I don't when/if I'll see them again and yet I didn't cry. But I'm going to miss them. For my mother's birthday, I m giving her a day filled with spa treatment. I know that she has oily skin, but what exactly is the best facial cleanser for oily skin. All the facial products I need for oily skin are:

-An Exfoliating Scrub
-A Facial Mask
-Cleanser

-Moisturizer
