For my mother's birthday, I m giving her a day filled with spa treatment. I know that she has oily skin, but what exactly is the best facial cleanser for oily skin. All the facial products I need for oily skin are:

-An Exfoliating Scrub
-A Facial Mask
-Cleanser
-Facial Scrub
-Toner
-Moisturizer

It'd be great if someone could give me product suggestions for oily skin.

Plz and Thank You!

Okay...she used proactiv. Well, use to. This is not official use, it's just for her birthday. I'm just doing it for one day.

Please give Proactiv Solution a try! It has all those things above that you are looking for. Works super, great, terrific! It is such a great product! And i have tried it all! You can go on eBay and get it cheaper than going to their website or from the TV. On eBay you will save more money.

I'm 30 have oily skin that tends to break out and my Dermatologist recommend to try either:

Neo Strata, which has a cleanser that you need very little of, so it lasts a long time. The line also includes all of the other products that you have listed. In addition there is a day moisturizer that has an SPF of 15 and a night moisturizer. All of the products have glycolic acid in them which is supposed to help slow down the ageing process of your skin.

OR

Vichy, which has all of those products as well but I haven't tried it yet because I am so happy with Neo Strata.

Hope that helps. You will have to go to a cosmetics counter as you can't just buy these products off the shelf. You could also ask a cosmetologist what products she recommends for your mothers skin but be sure to speak to one that isn't representing only one product line or you won't get a unbiased answer.

Since I received my Neo Strata collection as a gift as well I know it will be appreciated! Good Luck!!

St. Ives has great products - Apricot scrub and moisturizer
Phisoderm - cleanser
Queen Helene Mint Facial mask
Clearasil toner

All comes from Walmart and cost is not too high.

Stay away from Skin Milk products - if you have oily skin you'd be better off putting your face in french fry grease.

My t-zone (forehead, nose, and chin) gets really oily. I don't like to over wash my face because its harsh on the skin. If I don't get extra shiny I use oil blotting sheets that soak up all the excess oil. They help a lot. Johnson & Johnson makes some that are blue and Victoria's Secret also makes some, both are about $5.

Proactiv really made my skin peel like crazy! Now, I use Clinique's three-step system and my oil has been reduced greatly. You can find it at a department store or Sephora, or even online at clinique.com.
