A fatty liver can be caused by many things, including alcohol, certain drugs, chemicals, starvation, obesity, diabetes and certain diseases. Fatty liver is a sign of something wrong going on in your body. You need to find out what is wrong and fix it otherwise you risk permanent liver damage, which can lead to death (you can't live without a liver). Fortunately, fatty liver is completely reversible, so as long as the damage does not progress.

You need to do a Gallblader cleanse to fix a fatty liver. Gallstones cause improper elimination in your liver.

Week 1 and beyond
I would start with dietary changes. No dairy, caffeine, or sugary drinks until you are in perfect health and then only in moderation. Switch to sea salt for salting your food. Switch to olive oil or coconut oil for cooking.

The Water Cure will give your body the fluids it needs to begin moving stones out of your gallbladder. Drink 6-8 glasses of distilled water with 1/4 teaspoon of unrefined sea salt for a few weeks and then back off of the salt a little at a time after your fatty liver is clear. Drink three glasses of apple juice each day for seven days.

Week 2
Start taking 1/3 teaspoon of raw unfiltered apple cider vinegar in a glass of apple juice plus a dash of cinnamon for seven days. Combined with the Water Cure, this will continue loosening up gallstones and giving your body the enough minerals and fluids to begin a liver flush.

Week Three

Squeeze 1/2 lemon into your drinks.During this day, drink only unfiltered apple juice instead of water.

Day 3-7: Drink Carrot Juice or other Veggie Juices and add a tablespoon of raw unfiltered apple cider vinegar and a dash of cinnamon in your juice three times a day. Eat large amounts of salad and add liberal amounts of your olive oil to your veggies,
Look for green and yellow stones in your stools.
Start Drinking Several Glasses of Distilled Water again.

Week Three and Beyond
Continue drinking several glasses of distilled water when your liver is clear but try adding 10-15 grains of brown rice to three glass jugs of your water that you keep in your refrigerator. Rotate the jugs and add new rice to jugs as you finish. This will provide the minerals that the sea slat was providing.

Clearing your gallstones could help cure your fatty liver but expect some flu like symptoms as you go through the process. Your body will be detoxing. With a clean clear gallbladder and a healthy liver you should still keep drinking the rice water and avoid unhealthy food. This is the easy way to fix your problem compared to all kinds of gut, liver, and gallbalder related problems you may have to take care of if you do not address your fatty liver.

You may have to do the liver cleanse two or three more times if you feel any pains from stones. When there are no more stones coming out in your stools then you can discontinue cleanses.
