Seriously, you could try having LESS sleep. Not many folks really require more than 8 hours a night on a regular basis once they are adults and before they hit old age. If I take more than that, I always get a headache.
However, chronic fatigue can be caused by any number of things. An obvious cause could be an underactive Thyroid gland, for which there is a simple test which your doctor can arrange.

It sounds as if you're sleeping too much...although some of us need a good 8 hours, other's 13 or more hours of sleep? It just depends on the person. Maybe you are depressed, but many times fatigue is related to your diet /lack of vitamins, minerals/protein?
You may want to consider a change in diet if you are sleepy all the time, and a regular exercise routine...at least 15 minutes a day. You could also have a more serious issue you need to address, so I'd suggest a visit to your doctor's offc. just to be on the safe side. :)
Good luck, T

The cause sounds like pure and absolute stress to me! It happened to me a few weeks ago because I was dealing with some bullshit that I didn't have to. When I let go and took it easy, I noticed a dramatic change in my energy level. Just meditate or try something else that de-stresses you and you'll notice a difference in a week or less.

Feeling tired all the time and a headache could be explained by a lack of sufficient oxygen in the blood. It is important that you consult your doctor because there could be multiple causes for that lack of oxygen. Anemia, for example, is one of them. Sinus infections and sleeping disorders like sleep apnea are other examples.

Maybe you have a big vitamines deficiency. Feeling sleepy all the time may be a symptom for a little depression.
