I ordered stamps from this company and out of about 200 stamps I recieved only 5 or 6 of them are real. Anyone know anything about this company? Wouldn't this be illegal? Fraud? I have no clue. Has anyone else had any experience with this company? What gives?

I have a couple items that belonged to a friend of my father's. And they are both gone now so the items are mine and I was wondering if anyone could tell me how to find out if they have any value? The items are personal things he brought home with him after the war. I would like to talk to others who know more about these items. Thanks

A pattern says cast on 81 stitches
Work in K1, P1 rib for 2 inches

I'm wondering is this wrong, should it be an EVEN number of stitches?. I knitted a few rows and it doesn't look like a rib stitch.
Any advice to this novice knitter appreciated!

It's the Butterfly design number 8629, from 1979; it's from McCulla Crafts Inc. in Quincy, Illinois. When I got the kit it had everything still with it except the instructions, so I'm trying to find them somewhere so maybe I can do this project.

I have a bunch of vintage hexagon pieces that I'd like to out together without paper backing. The problem is that I have a long row of these that were sewn together already. I would like to work off that string of pieces. I am not sure there really is any other way to do it, unless someone has any ideas. Is it possible?

I am in need of a new hobby to fill up my spare time. When I am not at work, I have college work that needs to be done, and when I have done my quota for the day I find it too easy to just sit back and watch TV. I have thought about photography, but I don't have a car so I can't go too far afield every time I want to take pictures and the local area is all that interesting. Does anybody have any ideas?

I recently knitted a scarf and it won't stop curling around the edges. I can't seem to do anything about it and I really want to stop it from curling so I can give it to the person I want to give it to. It's a cable knitted scarf, if that helps with anything.
