Disassemble the box and scan the box into a photo or image editor.
There you should be able to reduce and specify the printout size that you require. Create an image like the box unfolded and print on 110lb card and assemble like a paper model. If the Item is too big to fit in your scanner the use a digital camera to take pictures of the hole item, import them into your photo / image editor and repeat the process as above. Cans and such scan the labels into your editor. Reduce and print onto card and assemble as small cylinders , or attach to pieces of dowling cut to the scale can size . print out the labels on normal paper and glue to the dowls.

Find you nearest Dollhouse/Miniaturists club, write to them or go to a meeting and ask the members. Your local library may be able to help you find them.
