there's not alot of space to decorate a gun. I have alot of artist friends and I want to get custom art on my gun. but im afraid that through use alot of paint and enamal type art will come loose, because the guns tend to vibrate and get bumped alot.
I need some sort of medium that is resistant to peeling and wear.

The radio works fine. The cabinet is presently being prepared for a new coat of lacquer (shiny appearance) because we do not have the original paint used in 1938-39. The dial looks like new. The grill cloth will wash up great! To see the same restoration go to:

I just ordered my first collectible dollhouse. I am searching on the internet for wallpaper, furniture, flooring etc and noticed that there are different scales of furniture, wallpaper etc. I bought a house that is 25"Wx25"Hx17"D and says " The dollhouses are fully scaled 1" = 1' ". Does this mean that I need to stick with 1" decorations and stuff that I need to finish the inside with? Any help would be greatly appreciated!! Thanks alot!!

I am an amateur sewer, and I often find sewing projects asking me to find out the grain of the fabric. I haven't a clue how to do this, and haven't been able to find any literature that gives an easy-to-understand answer. They mention selvage and that it's parallel to that, but what does that mean??! Could anyone explain this to me in very, very simple terms. It would also be helpful to know WHY this matters when sewing something.

Thanks for your help!
