It's called Origami. It's not practical to try explaining here how to make certain objects. You need to have visuals of how to fold the paper. I've included 2 websites that show you how to make some patterns.

step1
Take A4 Size Paper, colour doesn't matter.
Step2
Simply make a roll of it like a telescope.
Step3
Watch people through it, you will come to know the difference of watching people with naked eye and with object which you made out paper.
I am a student studying in class first, this art of making paper telescope I learn ed today itself. Sharing with you my friend of class sixth.
