Not only can there be, but there is. Around Halloween there is a haunted house kit that you can assemble. I made one one year. You can find the kit in most large craft stores. It's really quite cute when assembled, crooked shutters and all.

Sure why not I mean if something like a doll can be haunted why not the doll house. I mean little girl ghosts are the creepest of all!
