i want to mix it all up not just pics but stickers too any creative ideas i can buy or make myself.

no, don't do it. it's just a waste of time and stickers.

Go through your old magazines & cut out anything that takes your eye - pictures of your favourite musicians & film stars, interesting quotes, eyecatching artwork. Stick them to your folder using PVA glue (the stuff that is white when it's wet, but dries clear) and then paint the whole thing with PVA to give it a gloss finish.
I covered a binder in this way once & the end result was highly original & personal to my own style. Don't forget to put your folder in your school bag if it's raining though!
