It's the Butterfly design number 8629, from 1979; it's from McCulla Crafts Inc. in Quincy, Illinois. When I got the kit it had everything still with it except the instructions, so I'm trying to find them somewhere so maybe I can do this project.

You have so much information on the company and the kit, why dont you google or wikipedia the companies name. Im sure that they must have a customer relations department.
