Vegetarian & Vegan - July 2006

They say to me that im growing and i need alot of protein and shouldnt become a vegetarian but u can get lots of protein without eating meat?
Any tips for me being a vegetarain at 14

I'm trying to find good vegan sneakers that are good for exercizing.

As in running/jogging, and general aerobics stuff.
Shoes that offer good support. . . ?

I recently saw somoe really disurbing videos of slaughter houses and the way these animals are being tortured and treated. This is done with the highest disregard for life in general. Some of the poor animals never even had the luxury of seeind day light and there cages are so small that theyll never have a chance to see behind them unless there on there way to get there throats cut. WOuld it be possible to obtain all of our vitamins and nutritions we need with out eating animals ?
