I'm trying to find good vegan sneakers that are good for exercizing.
As in running/jogging, and general aerobics stuff.
Shoes that offer good support. . . ?
NOT Converse.

I've heard converse aren't good in the support area. Easily get stress fractures ...
And I'm not exactly sure what I'm looking for via internet. I have no one to talk to on the internet, like a salesperson. They don't exactly say "Good for this this and that."

All anything says is "good for running" and "jogging" and "walking" and "hiking". . . I just am not sure if they are ok for other stuff.
For instance, Jumping Jacks. Lunges. Etc . . . ? Stuff that's not jogging.
Anyone know what I'd have to look for in a shoe for it to be appropriate and safe for that kind of stuff?
