Don't know much about Thai food. All I have heard is it's noodly, ricey, basically Chinese food with heat and spice. Have researched a place that gets good reviews from locals but have no idea what the best "starter" food would be that just about any decent Thai place should have? Pad Thai? They have no online menu (nor website) so I'm clueless.

I could just wander in and say 'what's your best seller?' and get served a plate of phrik khii nuu or mang dah (giant fried waterbugs) while the cooks get lots of lol's. As much fun as that FearFactor dining would be I'd like to get some ideas of traditional faves from the western palet?

head cheese is like bologna but it is made from the cows brains and they make it and sell it packaged almost like bologna but it is called head cheese and they sell it either in mild or hot please help me find this product ie: it is aslo a soul food product

Well I start detasseling this weekend.. I dont really know what snacks and drinks to pack.. but I think I know what to wear.. just long pants long sleeve shirts long socks and tennis shoes.. old ones. .but thats not the problem... I want to make a smoothie reaaaally bad. I think its the whole craving thing. I want to make a strawberry-banana smoothie or blueberry smoothie. Just like milk, yogurt, vanilla, banana, and some fruit - well everyone knows you should use a blender, but can I use a hand mixer instead? I dont have either, but I know cheap hand mixers are only about 5 dollars.

Mine was this past Tuesday. My husband (to get it off the counter, because it was so bulky) put our Rubbermaid plastic cake storage container in the oven (had my son's leftover b'day cake in it). He told me this Monday night, but I forgot. Tuesday afternoon, I preheat the oven to 450 degrees, go to use the bathroom, then come back a few mins later with grey smoke pouring into my kitchen. :( You should have seen my poor oven... Then, to top it off, I was slicing onions for au gratin potatoes later that afternoon and took a chunk out of my pinky finger with my chef's knife. Can anything else go wrong??

I don't barely eat Chocolate very much , being pregnant. I usually eat a good full breakfast: Eggs toast milk or Orange juice sometimes Koolaide. I mostly just have toast in the morning. I have it with Peanut-Butter & Strawberry Jam. for Lunch: Macaroni & Cheese, Or sandwiches. Sometimes soup. Is it ok to have Koolaide? I usually have it like in the morning & with my dinner. For Dinner: Meats and Pastas stuff like that with Veggies. Does this sound like a good 3 meals too eat well I'm pregnant? I also have Yogurt and or sometimes cookies or chips. The chips I like are tortilla chips or Sun-Chips the red bag. Someone please tell me if what I'm eating is ok and if not tell me what too not eat. Thanks so much if you help me!
