I had the most delicious cookies the other day. They were a shortbread cookie, with what seemed like a bar of chocolate on top and there was this little man imprinted on the chocolate (he looked almost like a musketeer, lol), but I don't know that name of the cookie or the brand. Anyone have any idea what I'm talking about?

I tried putting barbecue sauce in the meat to make burgers the other day. It tasted GREAT, but the patties fell apart into six or seven pieces with a piece of melted cheese on top. I've also had problems with just regular ground beef and nothing else added, and for some reason they fall apart on the grill. I'm squeezing them together, not just shaping them. It only works about 75% of the time. What am I doing wrong? Is it because I froze the meat and then thawed it? Would leaner meat work better? Is there something I can add to ground beef to help hold the meat together and keep them from falling apart?
