The soft shell poor boy I had in New Orleans, and the one in Singapore with a luncheon meat and a pickled cabbage mix, hot peppers and cilantro like a Bun Ma from Vietnam.
If you get to Trinadad and try a double, a sandwich with a curry based veggie filling inside a roti made with yellow pea flour in the dough, often eaten in the morning like an Egg M***fin.

Hmm, never anything too weird I guess, but a couple years ago, I used to always eat peanut butter, jelly, and margarine sandwitches. And sometimes I'd put chips in them, yumm. Or, I went to a deli place and got a turkey and apple slices sandwitch, which was actually really good.

I like peanut butter, bologna and cheese, but I don't think it's that strange. I also like peanut butter on my cheeseburgers - does that count?

A marshmello, PB, jelly, and chocolate sandwhich on a sourdough bun! It was odd @ first, but me and my BFF tasted it and it was good, but I think without the jelly it would have been even better! =)
