Double filled each of ways and complete milk. None of that 2% or much less stuff. no longer something yet white water. I probable shouldn't even answer this, i'm diabetic and have not had a cope with like we are discussing in years. Diabetese sucks.

Regular. I tried the double stuff and it's too sweet. I think the best part is the oreo cookie itself.

I'd go with Double Stuff. You have it both ways that way. If you don't want Double Stuff you just scrape out some of it. But if you chose regular and wanted Double Stuff one day you can't add it back in.
