Is drinking things like Coca-Cola or Pepsi or another drink with a lot of caffeine and sugar bad for you? Can it affect a person's body like some people say it can?

I prefer using the microwave, but the rice usually ends up really hard and dried out. Should I try adding water or something? Thanks!

I"m about to cook dinner. I had some left over garlic and olive oil left over from the other night. That night, I made pork chops on the BBQ. I brushed the garlic and olive oil on the pork chops when they were raw and as I brushed it on, I kept dipping the brush in the mixture. After, I saved that garlic and olive oil and added another piece of garlic and more olive oil and left it sitting overnight, covered on the counter. Now, not really thinking, I used this same mixture and brushed it on the raw chicken and turkey I"m going to BBQ for tonights dinner. Now, I know that it's contaminated if I were to put it on something that you would eat raw (like veggies) but I'm cooking this so.....
My question is, If I cook the chicken and turkey, will the bacteria remain? Or do you think it's a bad idea all together??
Dinner is soooon so please answer quickly!! Thanks!! :o)

Ok.. I need help with a slow cooker. :)) First off, I don't have one. LOL I was at the store the other day, and I am thinking about getting one. :) The reason I don't have one is because I don't like dealing with raw meat.. LOL (I know, strange, long story ha ha) Anyway... So... here is my question... Now, all I buy is precooked meat, but as you know, that is expensive!! So I was thinking about trying to buy raw meat if I didn't really have to mess with it... Like throw it in a slow cooker LOL So my question is... Can you put RAW meat in a slow cooker??? Like if I get a roast, or chicken, can it I put it in there raw? I might be able to deal with that better. :))) If so, do yall have any good recipies for me? Thank you VERY much.. :)) Take care!

I cut up and marinated two large pieces of raw turkey breast yesterday and put each piece into two separate sealable plastic containers (like tupperware). Now today, one of the containers -- and not the other -- is bulging out, which I believe indicates that there's some sort of bacteria living in it. Will it be okay if I just cook it thoroughly, or should I waste about $3-4 and toss it? I'd rather not get sick, but I hate wasting food unnecessarily.

anyone know the name of this item. Or a suggestion of an item that would work for me. I'm needing it b/c I have a food license and me and my hubby set up outside the migrant farms and dairy farms in the area and sell tacos, but we have all these bins that we put our different items in such as one bin for the meat, one for the cooked onions, one for the raw onions and so on. I would like one thing that I can drop all the bins into that will hold them so when it comes time to transport the items we do not have to have 20 little containers to carry it will just be one big holder with all the bins inside it. Any ideas? Thanks for the help!!!!!!!!!!
