I was told it has a significant amount of iron & that it helps remove cholesterol.

It does help remove cholesterol. I am not sure about the iron but that is more than likely correct too. No that is not too much. A packet of instant oatmeal is much less than we would eat if you made the other kind, so three is not too many.

I think it depends on how big your appetite is. As long as you feel fine eating 3 packets of instant oatmeal, then go for it!!

I just ate two for lunch!
I think two packets are an ideal meal size for anyone.

Kinda. You should eat it in regular servings. Nothings wrong with eating three though,it will still work. Your o.k.

2 is the max I can eat, and besides you don't need any more than that in one serving, it will still give you great benefit, you don't have to stuff yourself with it.
