Of course you are feeling sick - pasta and tuna NOT a good combo. Yeah, and the onion ring for breakfast, that concerns me. You should also be eating more than a "bite" for each meal. Try this if you are worried about your weight: lay off the ice cream and instead eat more at meals.

Ok, either you're a kook that has dreamed up a question to ask here, or you truely don't have any idea about nutrition and eating well. You ask if your diet of a "bite of this" and a "bite of that" is healthy and the answer is no. What you are taking bites of are high fat, high sugar, and high sodium fast foods that lack good nutritional value. Since you are having difficulty eating on a regular basis and eating foods that are truely good for you, I'd recomend that you consult with your family physician to see if there is an underlying cause for medical concern. You may also be struggling with an eating disorder such as Anorexia Nervosa or Bulimia. Who knows? You want to eat healthier, cut down on your fast food, incorporate some real fruits and veges and some lean protein.

do you call that eating... i'm not surprised you feeling sick!

well, try eating different fat free foods and maybe you will find some appetite first!

if you like you could try with....

breakfast: a croissant/ cereals, if dont like sweets in the morning hsve some fruit like or a sandwich with lettuce, cucumber and cheese. thise are all healthy, light and small bites if you are scared of eat too much...

luch: if dont want feel full again a light sandwich can be good, if you feel for something warm and fast food go for a soup or a toasted sandwich...

dinner: do you ever cook? it can be fun... an easy pasta dish with little cooking can be...
while you boil the pasta get a large bowl a mix together some tuna, diced (cherry) tomatoes, diced garlic, basil, olive oil, salt...drain the pasta and mix all together in the bowl.
basically the only one thing that needs cooking is the pasta!

snaks... fruit fruit fruit, ice cream, yogurt...

bi the way if you feeling food-related-sickness have a cup of camomile tea with some lemon in it!

no thats not healthy. It would be better for you to eat more of something good for you, than almost nothing of onion rings and chicken nuggets. those are very bad for you. Try having fruit or salads. Chicken breast (grilled) instead of chicken nuggets.

Okay, yeah no, that is not healthy. At all. This is clearly anorexic behavior, and I'm speaking as someone who currently struggles with that. You need to eat more, eat healthier, and exercise.

nooooo... that's not healthy.. i'm not an expert but for breakfast you should at least eat a fruit salad...maybe it sounds gross but it's really good and its HEALTHY and for lunch you should eat a sandwich...for dinner eat something BIG or you can just eat something big at lunch and then it something small at dinner... either way it works...ohh and if you want to eat something healthy for a snack you should eat bananas. ;-)
