Once upon a time almost all refreshment drinks came in bottles. Let me say, I prefer a glass bottle to a plastic one any day. Glass seems to keep the contents of the bottle fresher longer and also has a more refreshing taste. Plastic bottles seem to have a heavier or thicker consistency to them, taking away from the refreshing flavor. A glass bottle person for sure.

Glass bottles aren't available in my area. Glass bottles are banned in most public areas (beaches, campsites, etc.) due to the potential for a broken glass hazard. Drinks come in plastic bottles or waxed cardboard boxes. I prefer the plastic bottles. The waxed cardboard containers tend to leak around the spout.

Beer in glass bottles for sure. Can't get pop/soda in glass bottles here any more unless it's the specialty/gourmet type, so plastic is way better than cans. Cans always taste tinny to me.
