ok i know prepatory work of animal for eating is different, draining blood saying prayer over it etc, but if i were to go to a halal butchers and wanted to cook meat would i just cook it like any other kind of meat? is just for a friend im cooking for at xmas, i will obviously keep both types of meat seperately just wondering if there was anything else i should do/know?

I love italian food. I'm italian myself and I love to cook. How many of u guys love italian food. The area I live in not many people like italian food. Just pizza. There is so much more to italian food. What do u guys like. I love Laziana. (i know that is spelled wrong) and good italian style pizza.. Like the kind in chicago... Pizza pie's yum, yum! ^_^ Ahh love good wine too...

Chinese people never put soysauce on white rice. It signifies one is poor and has nothing to eat other than the two of the most basic kitchen staples; rice and soy sauce. White rice is seasoned by other food dishes eaten with it. Are they not salty enough already?
