I absolutely love Italian food. I married into an Italian family and now I am learning all the family recipes! I actually just made meatballs and homemade sauce for our pasta tonight! I really like Spinach Manicottis, Italian Wedding soup, and Lasagna. I love making all the desserts, canoli's, pucedada, and all the christmas cookies! We went to Italy this past summer and ate the most incredible dishes! Have your friends come over to your place for some real Italian food than what they are used to in your city...

Hey guys... i'm a real italian girl, Cecilia, and u already know... italians do it better: cooking obviously!
From the north to the south the food is great: risotto alla milanese, lasagne, tortelli, spaghetti, pizza, arancini... we have a huge tradition specially for festivities: ever heard about 'panettone' or 'torrone'?
We are the Mc Donald's *** kickers! =)

I don't think I've had a bad Italian meal yet! My favorites are the homeade sauces and freshly made egg noodles.
