The anniversary of when i first met my husband is this Sunday and I want to fix him Carribean Chicken does anyone have a good recipe or know where I can find one and also what should I fix as a side dish?

4 boneless chicken breasts
1/2 teaspoon Oregano
1 teaspoon parsley
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 banana
1 cup finely chopped pineapple
1cup vegetable oil
1. Saute banana, parsley, and garlic powder and pineapple in
vegetable oil till all lumps are gone.
2. Completely cover each chicken breast with mixture and
bake till done at 350 degrees.
serve this with:
Aruban Macaroni salad:
2 lbs Macaroni Salad
1/4 lb Chopped Chicken
1/4 lb Chopped Maple or Honey Ham
2 cups Bacon bits
Combine Macaroni Salad, Chopped Chicken, Ham and
Bacon bits all together and serve.
As a dessert serve a Dutch Apple Pie.

You could look up a recipe for jerk chicken thats a great carribean recipe, great sides would be beans and dirty rice. Yahoo has the recipe if you search for it.
