Here is my recipe for homemade won ton wrapers that I use all the time at home:

Won Ton Wrappers

1 1/2 cups flour
1 teaspoon salt
1 egg
2 tablespoons water

Mix well and knead on a floured board. Cover and let stand for 15
minutes. Roll as thin as paper. Cut into 3-inch squares.

It is fairly easy and inexpensive to make.

You can buy them in the cold produce section of your grocery store. At the store I go to, they are where the prepackaged, clean and cut vegetables and salad dressings are.

At your local grocery store they should have some different ones. Also if you go to an ethnic food store they should have some!
