BTW...if you like dried pineapple, try dipping it in jello powder before drying it. Sugar free works fine....tasty stuff and great snack for kids, too. ;)

I would appreciate your favorite strawberry recipes.

I went to the strawberry farm today and spent about an hour picking the nicest looking (and tasting) berries you could imagine. Now I am left with a problem:

What to do with 25 pounds (yes I said 25 pounds) of strawberries. I made some jam and some jelly this afternoon and will do some more tomorrow, but after that I will have enough and will still have 20+ pounds left over.

I need your help and recipes.

Thanks

I was just wondering if anyone knew a good clone recipe for the "pizza skins" on the appetizer menu at Uno's. These are one of my favorites and i would like to make it at home.

I have the tradionional recipie from the better homes and gardens cook book that I use a referrence. I always cover the top of the dish with shreaded cheese about 10 - 15 minutes before it is done so it has a cheese crust and I add cheese to the sauce. What would be some tasty things to add into it?

Examples - I am adding pieces of cooked ham...should I add something else like a herb or spice?
