I bought a friend a special cake pan (walmart - I think it was Betty Crocker) that looks like a bowl so you end up with a ball shaped cake. You can make 2 cakes and trim off a side so they fit together tightly. You can make pink icing for your cake. Good luck..hope your GF likes your cake how ever you decide to make it.
