Tuna Noodle Casserole
1 pkg. extra wide dry noodles (like golden grain)
2 cans cream of mushroom soup (Campbell's)
1 or 2 cans tuna - if u love tuna use two
salt & pepper and whatever spices u like (tabasco sauce, cayenne pepper....)
1. prepare the noodles according to the package
2. prepare the cans of soup as directed on the label (i use milk for a richer taste)
3. after the soup becomes a little thick add the broken up tuna and ur spices. Over spice just a little bit because the noodles will absorb the flavors.
4. toss the cooked noodles into the soup.
5. pour the tossed noodles into a baking dish
6. if u like u can cumble up some plain potato chips like lay's over the top for texture.
7. bake at 350 for 25 to 35 minutes of until top of casserole is lightly browned.
8. enjoy with ur date!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Very simple and refreshing:
In a salad bowl cut a nice tomato in cubes.
Add some boiled chickpeas (also from a can is quicker)
Add onion (cut very small)
Same with a little fresh green pepper
Add some olives (sliced if bone less)
Add a boiled egg also minced
Then the tuna can
Mix it gently adding olive oil and your favorite vinegar
Before serving add a little species on top (your favorite again)
It is a very refreshing and equilibrating meal for summer.

Tuna fish, mayo, salt, pepper, relish, and a dash of red wine vinaigrette.
Put it on toast, top with a slice of tomato, a slice of cheddar, and a slice of Swiss cheese, and put under the broiler for a wonderful open faced tuna melt.
