i need help with making meals that taste great and dont contain sugar or salt because i have put my self on a diet where i have 2 watch my fat and calories and am rather picky with food when i dont tast flavour and also i get bored of the same meals so i need things that will fill me up but still taste great and work for my diet any ideas

My friend is having a party on December 30, and she wants me to come over on the 29th with some cake recipes so we can bake cakes all day :) But I need recipes...they need to be simple, and have little calories-- that's what my friend said lol. Anything will help! Thanks very much.
