Why not try to use natural sources instead?

Vitamin D = sunlight; unless you live in a country where there are 3 months of night in a row or you're super sedentary, you should have no problem; Dark, green leafy vegetables (calcium, iron); blackstrap molasses (iron); nutritional yeast (B12, gives food great flavor, too, stir it into pasta dishes); fortified soy milk (B12 - but don't just rely on soymilk, try to combine a few sources of B12 at different meals to maximize absorption).

That way you won't have to gobble pills. Besides, vitamins/minerals aren't the best option anyway, since they don't always absorb well, or even at all. Your body's built to absorb your nutrients from food; other animals don't need vitamins, right?

But if it's hard to eat a balanced diet and you're on the go, go online or Whole Foods, there are plenty of vegan multivitamin options.

I have trouble swallowing large pills, but the Deva Vegan Multis work for me. However, if you really can't take a pill, try Emergen-C Super Energy Booster with 1,000 mg of vitamin C. It also has other vitamins and minerals. Most of their products are vegan (except the joint health, which has chondroitin). Just pour one or two packets into a glass, add water, and stir. I take two packets four or five times a week, and I have yet to get sick this season.
