If I don't like veggies then will something bad happen? I like fruit. You know the usual, apples, grapes, oranges. But not veggis. I hate the texture of them! Can you tell me how to get used to them or is it ook not to like them???

I need a recipe for flan for a person who is diabetic. My father just found out that he has diabetes and he is really bummed because I always make flan for Christmas, it is his favorite dessert, but now he's all sad because he's not supposed to be eating stuff like that.
