Well, for school I need to make a spanish food.
What would be a easy tasty recipe for a spanish food that does not need to be heated up or chilled?

CHORIZO SALAD:
all you need is(adjust amount to suit)
1chorizo sausage
handful ftat parsley leaves
handfull cherry tomatoes(cut in1/2)
1cucumber
2cans cannellini beans
balsamic dressing
1.Fry sliced chorizo.Combine parsley,toms,sliced cucumber&beans.
2.Add chorizo&balsamic&toss to combine.
Put in bowls and enjoy.

Picadillo from Cuba

1 lb ground beef
1 onion chopped
i green pepper chopped
brown meat, onion , pepper
drain fat
2 potatoes cut into matchstick sized slices
small can crushed tomatoes
2 cup mojo sauce
add potato. tomatoes, and mojo sauce in fry pan with ground beef, onion, and pepper
cover and simmer for 20 minutes or until potaoes are cooked
boil 2 cups of rice
drain rice

put rice on a plate
put meat mixture on top with the juice....
many variations to the dish, but this is my favorite... you can add peas etc......
