Everyone says that after meat is thawed, you shouldn't refreeze it. I just want to know why. I refroze some pork chops and some ground hamburger that accidentally got thawed. Will it make me sick to thaw them again and eat them?

well i've been i vegetarian for about two months.... today i was at lunch with my friend and she got chicken nuggets.. i saw the nuggets and started thinkking "they look good , i should eat one" but geeeeeezz all that sacrificing , and cruelty to animals made me try to forget about the nugget! how can i get that idea out of my head.. because if i eat meat all my sacrifice will blob down and its gonna be mean! what can i do??? help!!

my mom's boyfriend's mom makes this recipe she calls beef stew... it's some sort of beef, potatoes, carrots, and onions in some sort of gravy/sauce kinda.

she puts some sort of spice in it... it's almost spicy... but not to the point where it burns your mouth. it's just got this kind of kick to it. it doesn't really taste like chili powder... i don't know if it's curry powder... but i thought maybe. but i cook with that sometimes. anybody have any suggestions for what spice she used in this recipe?? she's from the phillipines... if that helps any.

my best friend makes something similar and she calls it pot roast... but she doesn't use that spice. hers just tastes like meat and vegetables.

I promise you won't catch it if you don't go close to me. Just cook me food. I need all my nutrients, and I have a soreish throat from couging yesterday night. Mashed potatoes with something else would be a good choice.... And I want soup plz!
