Good old cheddar is the most versatile, and popular all over the world. Otherwise Stilton and Wensleydale are my favourites.
A typical day's menu for Leo:
Cheese on toast for breakfast.

cheese is amazingly delicious but I have to say shrimp, a bit of steak, loaded potato and a smoothie will do just fine 4 me :p
