Hi, my name is Ricky, I am 19 and almost 20. I come from a family where diabetes is rampant along with several digestive problems including colon cancer. I am dealing with obesity, being nearly 440 lbs the last time I checked. I will get to the point, I have always had very good health throught my life but that obviously isnt a guarantee for the future. One of the major changes im undertaking is my diet, I live in a mexican oriented house. And although mexican food is really good it's not always a good choice health wise. I was reading a few articles based on vegetarian life-style and one form of it caught my attention which was the semi-vegetarian type. Im deciding to change my eating habits because of the health risks not necesarilly because of the "animal abuse". i just want to cut off red meat. are there any sites or books that can help me with this transition, or tips rod advice on making it happen?

I've been a vegetarian for about a month now and people are telling me i HAVE to take iron tablets or ill get sick but so far i feel just the same i've replaced meat with things like soy sausages ad veggie burger so do i really need to be taking iron tablets?

Hey there! I am throwing a Halloween party tomorrow and I need a GOOD trash-can punch recipe. I need ones that you have tried and was a hit! I was looking for a recipe that I found on the internet about 4 years ago, called Green Monster, but I cannot find it now. If you find any on the internet that are not off of one of the main pages, that might be okay. I need something that involes everclear since I have already purchased it...I also have some vodka, so that might be okay. Something with 7up, sprite, ginger ale, etc also might be good. Screw it! im 18 i used to smoke a couple years ago for a while but i quit (being underaged and cigarettes costing money anyway etc.)

Anyway I've been feeling depressed lately and for some reason that makes me want to go sit on a park bench and smoke (theres a park right next to my house). I was probably just going to forget about it since i spend so much time running every day if i smoked and ruined my athletic ability it would bother me some, but then i went to wait for the bus and i found an unopened pack of cigarettes sitting there with noone around and i was like "is this a trap or something?" but they were just free cigarettes. Talk about coincidence.
i already smoked one of them... do i really want to start smoking again? im staring at the pack...
If i decide i dont wouldnt it be a waste of free cigarettes? theyre free... they just came to me...
