i drank some stella last night, god my head allways hurts after that, what is so different about stella compared to other beers

Stella is a lot stronger than most beers. You get a sore head coz your dehydrated. Make sure to drink lots of non alcohlic fluids before going to sleep and have something to eat i.e. kebab or pizza. Always seems to work for me. The worst one for me is dry white wine. Tastes fab but the next day it feels like I have been sleeping with my head in a vice!!!!

There's something about Stella. Can't put my finger on it, but many of my friends, and myself, act differently if we've been drinking Stella, and have a bad head the following day.
I don't agree that Stella is particularly strong. My friends and I regularly drink large amounts of Carlsberg Special Brew (9.0%) and Amsterdam Maximator (11.6%) without the same hangovers.
Don't forget that Stella is Belgian, and they're not exactly famous for producing anything of any use to the world. Maybe brewing is just another area of incompetence.

Maybe a little high volume count/normal is 5% per volume?
sugestion before drinkin take 2 aspirin eat so soda cracker helps alot then before you go to bed take two more aspirin... next morning you should have a hangover headacke at all.

drink a pint of water before you start then at the end of the night two pints before bed it works for me

it's either dehydration, or a allergic reaction to one of the ingredients.
