The serving size of a can of Coke is "One Can" (One Can =12 ounces). The serving size listed on a bottle of Coke is 8 ounces.
There's no difference in the amount of sugar per ounce.

SUGAR? High Fructose Corn Syrup in coke is by volume so 12 oz less than 16oz. and More caffeine too.

If they are the same formula of coke, they should contain the same amount of sugar per ounce of beverage.
