My tongue burns up whenever things have even a little bit of spicy in them. I have been looking for non-spicy guacomole forever and have yet to find one! If worse comes to worse, does anyone have a good recipe?
Thanks!

It's so easy to make it yourself! Cheaper & healthier too.
Take one avocado, peel it, scoop the meat into a bowl. Mash it up with a fork but don't brutalize it. Add 1/2 Tsp lime juice.
If you can tolerate mild Salsa, just mix in about half the jar with the avocado & you're there.
Or you can mix in sour cream, about half as much as there is avocado, and/or tomatoes chopped well (halved grape tomatoes is easy).
The spices are cumin, chile powder, garlic, and red pepper. Use as much of these as you like. Cilantro if you want it.
If no salsa & no chile powder, you'll need to add some salt.
Garnish with thin lime slices and enjoy!

Scoop out 1 or two Avacados...
mix with 1 tsp lime juice [ to prevent browning].
add some chopped tomato, you determine amount.
Is chopped onion OK?

Mix and chill.
