The people who eat meat and come into the Vegetarian and Vegan sections, and poke fun at as, do that. There are tons and tons of famous actors and actresses that are, and I bet some of them would be their favorites too.

It was something I bought as a kid in the late '70's early '80's -- it came in a cardboard tube with a flip open top, and it was supposed to be like a stick of dynamite, I think it had the word "dynamite" in the name or a play on the word. The candy inside were little round pellets a little bigger than Nerds. I remember them coming in cherry and cinnamon. I can't remember the name of them and I'm wondering if anyone else remembers them?

how big would it have to be for this recipede (i spelled that so wrong) lol

Gumbo:
1 cup finely chopped onion
1 cup finely chopped celery
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 bay leaves
1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
1 teaspoon lemon-pepper seasoning
1 1/2 teaspoons House Seasoning, recipe follows
1 cup chicken or fish stock
1 (14 1/2-ounce) can diced tomatoes
10-ounce package frozen cut okra
2 cups shrimp, cleaned, peeled, and deveined
Topping:
1 egg, beaten
1/3 cup milk
12-ounce package corn muffin mix


In an iron skillet, saute onion and celery in oil. Add bay leaves, thyme, lemon-pepper seasoning and House Seasoning. Pour in stock and add tomatoes and okra. Cover pot and gently simmer for 30 minutes. Remove from heat and stir in shrimp.
To prepare the topping, preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Mix together egg and milk, add to muffin mix, and combine until just well-blended. Drop by tablespoonfuls on top of hot shrimp mixture, leaving the center uncovered. Bake

When I was in Japan and in Europe, they had delicious table grapes that I never see here in the States.

They had seeds in them, but the taste and the texture were so good that it was worth it.

Kind of like Concorde grapes, but sweeter.

Why don't we have grapes like they have in Japan and in Europe?

after drinking, why is it i cannot move for the whole day after a night drinking. All my mates are fine the next day, and theres me being sick all day. Ive only just had my baby hes 9 weeks and im looking forward to a night out with the girls, but its putting me off thinking about the hangover. It seems im the only one who suffers really bad.

In my family (we are Islamic) it is okay for us to eat both kosher and halal. Now i understand that halal is when Allah-tallah's words are read on the animal before it is sacrificed but I also know that the Jews don't believe in Allah...
So why is it that its okay for us to eat kosher foods and what makes them so different?

I thought they were called pines brothers.
They were a caramel color and i believe the flavor was honey........it's not the smith brothers cough drops, i looked those up and the box is white,,,this was a brown box. Can i still buy them somewhere?

Can you sue nabisco (maker of oreos) for packaging and selling messed up oreos?
ok, maybe sueing is a little extreme, but you can sue for anything right? If you've seen an oreo where the bottom half was upside down, you'd know what I mean. Not that I'M going to sue, but I was just curious.

How do i stop eating peanut butter from the tub. I will take a spoon and eat it non-stop..And its getting veryyy annoying. I know peanut butter is very fattening and has alot of fat calories, but how do i stop eating it. It is probably my favorite snack food and i should be eating healthier.

My friend & I share a love for sports and food. He recently came down from Louisiana with a taste for crayfish and he went to our local fish market and placed an order for 150 frozen Crawdads. I was filled in as to what they are and I am freaked. Do they taste good? Aren't the waters in Louisina dirty? Should I stop being such a child and just enjoy the nice dinner that my friend worked his butt off to make for me (and others)? I guess I'm just really "weirded" out and just need a little bit of a push. Please leave any comments bad or good that you have about the "Crawdad".
