Here's a simple recipe for pizza:
Prepare a meal in a flash using refrigerated crescent roll dough, sausage meat, pizza sauce, and shredded Mozzarella cheese to make a family-style pizza (just roll it out) and if you wish fold over for a calzone.
Burritos - Brown some ground meat, drain off the fat, then spread a flour tortilla with canned refried black beans add some meat, salsa, some shredded chesse and sprinkle with chopped green onion. Make a dip of sour cream and some bottled slasa mixed together. Use this as a dipping sauce for the burittos.
Orange Rice. Take cold boiled leftover white or brown rice, melt a little butter (2 -3Tablespoons) in a skillet, add 1/2 of a large chopped white onion and saute until soft. Add about 1/2 cup ketsup and a little water and bring to a boil. Mix in the rice and heat throughly adding shredded or slices of American cheese to the top. Cover for for 3 minutes until cheese has melted. Serve with a lettuce and tomato salad. Delicious, economical, fast and EASY!
Meat loaf- 1 1/2 lb ground meat, 2 eggs (beaten), beaten, 1/4 cup each of onions (chopped), green pepper (chopped) and celery (chopped), 1 1/2 tsp. of salt, 1/2 cup of bread crumbs, 1/4 cup ketsup 1/8 tsp. black pepper. Form a football shape and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Serve with canned green beans and potatoes that you place in a microwave for about 6-9 minutes. After 5 minutes check every minute for doneness---they'll be soft to the touch and no longer firm. Use leftover meatloaf on buttered bread for great sandwiches the next day. Enjoy!

I believe you might be able to run a google search for recipes. But I have a few that are very simple, and very versatile.
Soup in a Crock Pot
Meat (any kind but fish), diced
Onion, diced
vegetables or leftover vegetables, any kind
1 package instant garlic mashed potatoes
1 jar mushrooms (Optional)
1 can tomatoes (diced or whole)
1 can tomato sauce
Very little salt (that would be in the mushrooms and sauce)
Pepper
To taste, add:
1 bay leaf, garlic, basil, oregano, thyme, rosemary, or tarragon.
And if you want something spicey, add a jar of salsa.
Water to about an inch below the rim
Give it a stir, then let simmer on low during the day. By the time you get home, dinner will be ready
Stir-Fry
Keep in mind this is another mix-and-match thing. This time, all ingredients are really optional (except for the onion).
Squash, zucchini, egg plant, onion, green pepper, celery, Roma tomatoes, green tomatoes, fresh mushrooms. All ingredients should be sliced or diced.
Put in a skillet with shortening that is hot enough to make water sizzle. To taste, add garlic, oregano, tarragon, salt, pepper, and thyme. Stir until the vegetables have just a hint of transparency and serve either as a side dish, or on pasta. It's also good with chicken.

If you want to eat truly healthy, lose body fat consistently, normalize your blood pressure, cholesterol levels, prevent cancer, and even boost your brain health and energy levels, you may have heard all over the news that the Paleo Diet has been found to be one of the best methods of achieving all of these benefits compared to any other popular "fad" diets out there. Go here https://bitly.im/aMpYh
The truth is that the Paleo Diet will never be considered a fad because it's just simply the way that humans evolved to eat over approximately 2 million years. And eating in a similar fashion to our ancestors has been proven time and time again to offer amazing health benefits, including prevention of most diseases of civilization such as cancer, heart disease, alzheimers, and other chronic conditions that are mostly caused by poor diet and lifestyle. One of the biggest misunderstandings about the Paleo Diet is that it's a meat-eating diet, or a super low-carb diet. This is not true

Easy:
1 bag egg noodles
2 chicken breasts
1 or two cans diced tomatoes
1 small jar of pesto
pepper or lemon-pepper spice.
Chop up the chicken into 2-by-2 inch pieces.
Brown up the chicken with some pepper or lemon pepper while you boil the noodles
Drain the noodles, and in a big bowl, mix up the chicken, tomatoes, pesto, and noodles.
Eat up with some bread!
Very easy and fast and yummy.

here is a graet one for 15 bean soup, on a cold winters night(crockpot) Medeterainan based) (PRIMO) 1 bag of 15 beans or add your own favorite bean mixture...put in crockpot, add 1 whole clove (the bulb) garlic 2 cubes of knoor beef bullion, 1 /2 onion 12 oz of london broil, uncooked in cubes, 1 small can tomate sauce. put on in the morning before work in the crockpot on high, (do not soak beans, it ruins the flaovor) when you get home(* hrs later) add fresh tomatoe slices and sliced onion , let cook untill done(about 1 hour) serve with pre-frozen bread dough, put out, (1 hour to bake) befor leaving for work, and you have a gourmet soup loaded with beef(more of a stew) and hot fresh bread out of the oven. This is one of my absolute favorites on a cold night.great flavor & easy to cook, makes 'em think youv'e been cooking all day
