Well, it depends how you serve it - braised on a bed of fennel, deep fried with chips and beans (fava, of course), or grilled with mushrooms and onion rings.....and you have to pick the best cut - I favour rump myself, but there are some that would argue breast is best......

I've read long time ago something about some explorers in Papua New Guinea that were offered a meal, they found out later that the meat they ate was human and they commented that it had tasted like pork. It makes same since both humans and pigs are omnivorous.

Based on National Geographic specials I have seen that looked at cannibals, they seem to say its somewhere between chicken and pork and somewhat on the bitter side.
