i would say the best teas are at Whole Foods market. I think any green, white, or black tea you choose will be of decent quality. I particularly like Tazo for tea bags. There are more better quality ones which use whole tea leaves, and put them in tea bags, but expect to pay lots more.

I only drink Herbal Teas but, Republic of Tea has the best tasting ones, I can only think that their Black, Green and White Teas are just as good. Be careful though, they do sell it in a tea bag or loose.

Green tea and you should find any that was imported from China. They have some good selections.

They all have benefits. And green tea is available in supermarkets now. So follow your taste buds!
