Can you sue nabisco (maker of oreos) for packaging and selling messed up oreos?
ok, maybe sueing is a little extreme, but you can sue for anything right? If you've seen an oreo where the bottom half was upside down, you'd know what I mean. Not that I'M going to sue, but I was just curious.

Unless you were injured or became ill as a result of Nabisco's negligence, then you'd be wasting your time trying to sue them.
I don't have exact figures right in front of me, but I expect that Nabisco produces billions of Oreos every week. There is bound to be a small mistake or two, when you're dealing with numbers like that (an upside-down cookie, two cookies but no filling in the middle, etc).
If you write or call Nabisco and complain about it, they'll probably hook you up with some free cookies, though.

Nope. you can't sue for money unless that particular screwed up oreo caused you harm.
I get screwed up oreos all the time.
