It was something I bought as a kid in the late '70's early '80's -- it came in a cardboard tube with a flip open top, and it was supposed to be like a stick of dynamite, I think it had the word "dynamite" in the name or a play on the word. The candy inside were little round pellets a little bigger than Nerds. I remember them coming in cherry and cinnamon. I can't remember the name of them and I'm wondering if anyone else remembers them?

I've never had it before but I googled candy from the 70's and 80's and this came up. Is the Candy you are thinking of called Dy-no-mite By Good Times? I hope this helps and down below is the site I visited.

Take a look at the Retro Candy websites and see if something comes up. They have a lot of listings!
