It is the fat content that is not good for us. The leaner the meat the better for our bodies.
One of our doctors said not to eat steak more than once per month. He said baked fish is the best meal for people.
Talking about fish, we wrap it in foil with sliced onion, salt & pepper, put it on the electric grill for a few minutes. Yum, good!
OR put in a glass dish with sliced onion, cover with microwave plastic wrap and pop into the microwave for a few minutes. So good.

no it is not ok to eat 3. But they are not fattening unless you are using fattening seasons for the steak.

A little red meat in your diet never hurt anyone, it's the fat content in it that's dangerous. And I wouldn't eat 3 in one sitting. Actually, I couldn't.
