Which of the above is your favorite Chaat. Samosa Chaat, Dahi Vada Chaat, or Papdi Chaat?

I'm asking bc I want to try it out but don't know which is the more popular and better tasting of the three.

Thanks!

Hi, I have to open my own fake store for a project. My idea is to have dinner for breakfast, and have bacon and eggs for dinner! What should I name my restaraunt in this situation?

I got this as a gift. I don't want to make plain old sugar cookies though. The ingredients listed on the package are: "Wheat flour, Sugar, Salt, Baking Powder, Milk Powder, Natural & Artificial Flavors." (I wonder what the "natural and artificial flavors are, lol) -
Anything I add to make it a little more interesting? (around the house I have cocoa, eggs, pineapple, apple, dutch baked apples, spices... and not much else :)
Thanks!

Is there a good recipe book with simple vegetarian recipes that you can recommend?

Also, is there a book that anyone can recommend about becoming a vegetarian when I've been an omnivore for nearly 26 years?

.....were commonly understood?

The other day while looking at recipes for Victoria sponge cake, I found a recipe that called for beaten eggs in the list of ingredients and then in the directions you are instructed to put 6 tablespoons of water for the 4 eggs.

Then sometimes in a Chinese recipe you will find that the writer has instructed you to blanch the broccoli first ..... and nobody else has remembered to tell you .... because you are expected to know that ?

And, other times you are told to put salt on your eggplant or zucchini .... when in fact, maybe that is not what you want. Maybe your eggplant is not bitter.....

Do you have any stories to share like these .... I think they are fun ... especially when someone has a clue that holds a key to
a whole concept - like blanching the basil for pesto or for herb butters --

Cheers!
