Is there a law against driving while drinking any soda pop? No alcohol, no offense...

Are you drinking it as you drive or driving after having drank some? It still contains some alcohol and there is a law that you can't have open containers of alcohol in the vehical.

If you just drank a few and want to drive your blood alcohol levels should be under the legal limit so you should be safe to drive.

contrary to popular belief, yes, non-alcoholic beer still contains a very small amount of alcohol, you'd have to drink about 10 crates of the stuff to get pissed. police might be suspicious though

non alchoholic beer is not .05% its up to .5%, so technically if you drink 6 its like having 1 beer. but about being arrested i have no idea. ive always wanted to try it and wave at a cop with an odouls or something and see what happens

There should be a law against asking a question like this!! Why risk fate? You like teasing the P.D.? They might not get you for DUI but maybe for open container!
