We just returned from a cruise to Mexico and while in Costa Maya, our tour guide had bought this coconut bread from a local. It was delicious! It was almost like coconut wrapped in a narrow tortilla or something and it was a long tube. When you bit into it, there was toasted coconut inside? I would love to make this.

My half sister used to make us these cookies for christmas, they were either russian tea cookies or mexican wedding cookies, they were bout 1-2 ich round dome shape with pecans or walnuts in a crumbley cookie and coated in powdered sugar, they were melt in your mouth, they were NOT spicy like German christmas cookies, they probably had a good amount of vanilla in them. Any help on what they may have been? Any recipes?

Im considering buying these pans. A word of advice dont buy Wolfgang Puck cookware I bought a set of stainless steel pans from his Bistro Collection and they turned out to be awful. The food sticks to the pans, and they are somewhat burned already :(
So anyway Im hoping someone has some great reviews over this brand "All- Clad"!!!

All the sets I'm looking at are mirror finish stainless with an aluminum core in the base for even heat distribution. All have heat resistant handles. The KithchenAid are rubber coated.

Cuisinart - $110

KitchenAid - Rubber handles limit oven temps to 400 degrees. - $120

Emerilware(made by All-Clad) - Glass lids. Stylish copper clad base. - $170

I'd like to know what direction you cooks who are familiar with multi-ply stainless cookware think I should go.

If people want to be vegetarian, let them. If people want to eat meat, let them. Everyone should be entitiled to make their own choices without criticism, don't you think?

Dip thin (1/4") boneless chicken breast into beaten egg and mayonnaise batter.
Cover in seasoned breadcrumbs.
Fried till golden brown.

I make it all the time, it's simple but it's good with mashed potatoes, pasta and rice. However, I want to add something to it, I just don't know what. Looking to add an extra zesty kick of some sort. Can someone help me!

Absolutely, did you know that the BMNES says that we all need a healthy, balanced, nutritious diet that includes red meat and dairy.

- Red meat is a rich source of minerals such as iron and zinc.

- Red meat is an important source of many types of vitamins, particularly B vitamins, and vitamin D. In fact, red meat is now recognised as an excellent source of vitamin D and is considered the largest natural source of vitamin D.

- Dairy products are a good source for calcium, protein, vitamin B12, vitamin B2, vitamin A and D, and vitamin Zinc.

In addition, one of my medical journals stated "people that do not consume dairy are calcium deficient".
