My Best Ribs Recipe
Ingredients:
2 Whole slabs of pork ribs(3-4 lbs.)
Prepared yellow mustard
Ground black pepper
Hungarian paprika
Dark or Light brown sugar
Your favorite bottle barbacue sauce
Liquid Smoke
Directions:
Lightly rub prepared mustard all over the ribs. Sprinkle lightly with black pepper(no salt)on both sides. Sprinkle generously with paprika on both sides. Crumble brown sugar over both side of the ribs and press into meat.
Place meat in a roasting pan, sprinkle a little liquid smoke in the pan(about 1-2 teaspoons, depending on your taste) and cover tightly. Put into a 325 degree oven and roast for 1 1/2 to 2 hours. Remove from oven, remove cover. Pour on your favorite barbecue sauce, put back in oven. Cook for another 30 to 45 minutes.
Serve.
You can also cook in the oven, then when its time for the barbecue sauce, put it on a hot grill and baste with the sauce and cook for about 10 to 15 minutes.

Take the ribs and cover in a dry rub. Put in a glass pan in the fridge for at least four hours. Bake covered in a 325 degree oven until almost done. an hour or so. Then remove covering and top with a good wet bar-b-que sauce. I like Cattleman's best, and finish cooking. They are fall off the bone tender and wonderful tasting. Yummy.

Get a large pot big enough to cover your ribs in water and boil add fresh herbs garlic onions salt and pepper and bring to a boil let boil ten minutes. Remove from water and place in a baking dish deep enough to allow the ribs to be covered by BBQ sauce let sit covered in re-fridge for at least 12 hours. After your grill is hot place on grill cooking as slowly as possible turn about every 6 minutes putting a glaze of sauce on each time you turn one rack of ribs takes about 30 minutes to 45 minutes grilling time

Barbequed Pork Ribs
INGREDIENTS
5 pounds pork spareribs, cut into serving size pieces
1/2 cup butter
1 medium onion, chopped
1 tablespoon minced garlic
1/2 cup distilled white vinegar
1 cup water
1 cup ketchup
1 cup hickory smoke flavored barbeque sauce
1 lemon, juiced
salt and pepper to taste
DIRECTIONS
Place ribs in large skillet or roasting pan. Cover with lightly salted water, and bring to a boil. Reduce heat to low, and simmer for 1 hour, or until meat is tender, but not quite falling off the bone. Remove from heat, and drain.
Place the boiled ribs in a roasting pan, and cover with sauce. Cover, and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
Melt butter in a saucepan over medium heat. Cook the onion and garlic in butter until the onion is tender; remove from heat. In a blender, combine 1 cup water, vinegar, ketchup, barbeque sauce, and lemon juice. Pour in the melted butter mixture, and puree for 1 minute. Pour into a saucepan, and season to taste with salt and pepper. Bring to a boil, then remove from heat.
Preheat grill for medium-high heat.
Brush grill grate with oil. Grill ribs for 10 to 20 minutes, or until well browned, basting with sauce and turning frequently.
