I want to cook a steak now and again to go with something like green vegetables and mash. All I can afford are the big, thin frying steaks that are around £2/3 pounds at the butchers.

I cooked one once before and fried it. But now I am more health conscious; is there another way you can cook this type of steak?

Thank you very much for your help.

I had Chinese food last night and I know people always say they fill up on chinese food, but it doesn't quit last. You always seem hungry again 1-2 hours later. Anyone know why?

Is this possible? or just wishful thinking. Can't go more than two days without it.

So I am 27 years old and just started drinking coffee regularly about 4 or 5 months ago. I usually just brew my own at home and lately (out of sheer laziness and convenience) have been visiting one of the many many local Stabucks. I usually get just a regular coffee, but I am interested in getting something more fancy. I don’t care to drink a cup of sugar so I can do without all the sweet stuff, but what’s a really good cup of joe? Something other than regular coffee, any suggestions?

I was thinking pecans or walnuts. I'm not sure what they usually use.

My favourite has always been a chocolate hob-nob, but I do like a crunch cream and a caramel digestive.

I am a musician, who has just spent all my money making a record. I will be in debt for a while, what can I eat for very little money? "Top Ramen" is not acceptable! It's just the lowest grade of bullion mixed with MSG.
I need food that I can freeze, or that has a long shelf life, that has some real nutrients. I am willing to sacrifice taste if it is cheap and healthy. THANKS!!!
